We are pleased to announce leasing opportunities at the newly completed McIntosh Centre, a 4 storey office building located in the centre of Kelowna. This office building was originally planned to house a major communications company; however, the building was never completed. McIntosh Properties acquired the project in 2015 and set into motion the completion of the building. Significant design changes were made were made to the building with the current market in mind.
The McIntosh Centre features contemporary design and open floor plans resulting in exceptional natural light to create a bright and functional work environment. This building offers 70,000 square feet of interior space, flexible floor plans and also floor to ceiling window availability. McIntosh Properties chose to partner alongside Faction Architecture Inc., also a Kelowna based company, to redesign the McIntosh Centre. Faction has a broad range of experience in both the public and private sector. Their team provided expertise as to how to transform the existing single user development into a functional multi-tenant building.
